Haha sounds so sianz (meaning bored) right? "Sian" is a taboo word on Tuesday! It was so funny.. I kept saying this word when i met my friends for lunch till we walked out of office to the bus stop! We just burst out laughing after that. But throughout the whole lunch and journey back to work, we still hear the word "Sianz!". Indeed, what a sianz day we had.. :)
Very hungry now but cannot eat. Will be doing my medical check-up tmr. :) A lot of things to write but i think it is time to sleep.. Shall update soon.. See ya!

IT'S PARTY TIME!
Went for my sister's hen party today with her Jie Meis.. Hmm.. a very mild one - just like her. Had dinner at TCC and ended with live band @ The Berllini Grande! Heard of the place before? It's another new initiative by St James's boss! Wolala.. similar concept to Movida! I love it!
The Berllini Grande is located at Clarke Quay. It occupies the area where Crazy House used to be.. My sister's friend was saying that the interior didn't change much.. Most of the decorations are retained. Very victorian style! If you enjoy 80s/90s or jazz music, you should love the place! There is a live band.. I heard it's more happening during the weekends as they have a variety of performances.
My sister's friends didnt sabotage her much.. all they did was to tell the singer that she is getting married on Sat! Haha.. that is it and the show goes on..

TIME FOR SOME.. CLEANING UP!
Sister's wedding is coming soon! :) I will be super busy on this coming Saturday! I am going to be her bridesmaid cum Emcee.. The challenge is being the Emcee. Quite stressful as all the relatives are there. To make things even exciting, I am doing this with someone who I know for quite a long while. Hmm.. wondering who this person is? Stay tune for more pictures! :)
TIME FOR SOME... FOOD!
Was going through my handphone and found this - Ji Ji Wanton Specialist from Hong Lim Hawker Centre (beside Chinatown Point)..
The queue is endless.. I am wondering what is so good about this stall.. Now I know why:-
1. It cost ONLY $2!!! Where to find..
2. Take your own chilli scheme.. 2 types of chilli (green and sambal) are displayed at the stall front.. You can take as MUCH as you want.. The owner will not make any noise!
3. VERY tender noodle.. The noodle is quite springy! Yummy...
4. Roasted meat is quite lean! Don't remember eating any fatty meat!
5. Not stingy! Though it is only $2, the ingredients are rather alright. Not too little! At least, I am full after eating it!
Try it! And you will know what I mean.. Personally, I prefer Ji Ji compared to Fei Fei.. I guess it is a personal preference. Maybe cos I prefer such springy noodle thus Ji Ji will definitely win over Fei Fei..

A DAY IN THE WILD...
Hubby is working on shift and Friday is his off day. At times, we may go out on thursday for dinner and just walk around. He planned to do something different this time round..
Had dinner @ office and journeyed to our destination at 6.30pm yesterday.. by the time he exited the expressway, i knew where we were heading too.. Where can you go if you exit at Mandai? There is only 1 choice.. Night Safari! Must give him a pat for coming up with such interesting idea... Full of anticipation and wondering how it is like.. Will the animals stand close to me? Felt out of the world when i thought I can take a picture with an owl.. but the thought of carrying it scares me!
Took the tram to tour around part of the place.. the surroundings were super dark! I was only close to ~2 or 3 animals.. Others were a distance away and those dangerous ones were caged up! Quite poor thing..
Night Safari is really for the novelty and experience.. come to think of it, nothing much actually...
Bought a plush ah meng as a momento for our trip to Night Safari...

AFTER 10 months!
Diablo outing after.. 10 months! This year passed very quickly. We are already at the end of the year. The longest surviving Orientation team after 6+ years! Great achievement!
Had a bit of reflections now and then about life.. There are times where i hope I could hide in a small corner of this world.. to get some pease and/or slow down my pace! Don't worry.. Nothing is wrong. Just need to have a peaceful heart that's all! I have a set of chinese worship songs in my hp! Like what I told my Uncle Agony @ work, the songs are like my "medicine". I need to take them at least once a day or when i need to calm myself down.. :)

IT HAS BEEN A WHILE...
6 months since i last typed this URL. When i typed in the URL and waiting for it to load, I was wondering how it looked like.. When the page flashed, i suddenly felt a bit nostalgia.. WHY? Remember that I designed this page solely using my left hand.. That was the time when I injured my right hand (working hand) and was waiting for it to recover before I can start my current work..
What got me to look at my blog?
Got a surprise call from a friend today. I was touched that he visits my blog regularly with a hope that I will update it. I think there are others like him.. The call has brighten up my day despite the fact that I was slogging in office.. :) So next time do call me if you visit my blog.. tsk tsk!
So.. what happened in the past 6 months? Wow.. I seem to have lost part that memory.. Let me try!

Starting my preparation for my wedding bit by bit.. though the AD is like 1.5 yrs later.. been searching high and low for certain necessities and plan for the programme itself.. Quite fun though.. =p
